The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, ideal for a romantic getaway. While I noticed some litter on the floor, the overall room experience was lovely. The service was exceptional, catering to our needs for a couples retreat. Although we were directed to the back entrance upon arrival, the employees were fantastic in every way. The location, though basic and slightly dated, was convenient for our visit to relatives in Colima. The dining experience was satisfying but could have been a bit more flexible with egg preferences. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
